Excellent service from start to finish. Made very welcome. Made at ease very quickly with a 5 minute chat about the procedure. Arrived on time and seen to within 5 minutes. Procedure lasted around 10/15 minutes and was made very comfortable from start to finish. A complementary cup of coffee, biscuits and chocolate bar to finish off. Amazing service and such nice staff. I will be recommending to my workforce of 210 staff. Hopefully bring a lot more business to you soon

I was fairly nervous and anxious before having the vasectomy procedure done but having the talk with Dr Richard beforehand left me completely at ease. Both Dr Richard and the nurse made the whole experience so easy to go through and I left wondering why I was so anxious to begin with! Very satisfied with procedure, Explanation around sperm production and when this was released to form ejaculatte was very useful. Awareness of taking the muscle relaxant was very useful and to know that 75% of patients use this put me at ease to use it, I would recommend this to be used. To know that time overall from entry to leaving building would take 2 hours would be helpful as the booking would have suggested possible 30 mins.
